Axura SRL unipersonale services, may be communicated, voluntarily or involuntarily, to third parties. With subscription to the newsletter, you express the willingness to occasionally receive information regarding products, promotions, offers and other information from

Axura SRL unipersonale and related entities, and your data can be used to fulfill this request. You may, in future, exercise the rights described in Art. 7 TU (art. 13 of law 675/96) such as access, cancellation, and correction of the data; to do so, please contact Axura SRL unipersonale.

For greater completeness, we report the dispositions of Art. 7 TU, first paragraph:

As the interested party, you have the right to obtain confirmation regarding the existence, or lack thereof, of personal data concerning you, even if you are not registered, and its intelligible communication.

The interested party has the right to receive information regarding:

the origin of the personal data;
the purpose and means of processing;
the logic applied in case of processing performed with the help of electronic instruments;
the identification details of the holder, the managers and the designated representative according to Article 5, paragraph 2;
the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or become known by designated representatives in the territory of the Nation, or by managers or supervisors.

The interested party has the right to obtain:

the updating, the correction or, if applicable, the inclusion of data;
cancellation, conversion to anonymity, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including that not required to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or later processed;
the certification that the operations referred to in sections a) and b) were divulged, also with regard to their content, by those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case that such compliance is shown to be impossible or implies use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the safeguarded right.

The interested party has the right to opposition, entirely or in part:

for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data concerned, although pertinent to the purpose of its collection;
to the processing of the personal data concerned for the purpose of sending publicity or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communication.

The request by the interested party, in the cases identified in point 7 and 8 of Art. 10 of the TU, implies a cost equal to the maximum applicable amount according to above paragraphs, to be paid by the means and in the time indicated in paragraph 9 of the same Article.
